Refund policy
At Baker's Harness and Saddlery it is extremely important to us that customers have an amazing buying experience and are happy and completely satisfied with their purchases. For this reason, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, all items (with few exceptions) may be returned in their original condition, packaging, and clean within 30 days for a FULL refund, exchange, or store credit, whichever you prefer. If returning an item that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted for your return refund. Any duties incurred for not properly marking your item/items as a return on your customs paperwork will be deducted from your refund. Please note that once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
EXCEPTIONS:
- Customized products cannot be returned as well as any indigestible products for safety reasons (supplements, treats, etc.)
- Undergarments of any kind may not be returned.
- All goods may only be returned if free of scratches, dirt, and visible wear.
- Air-vests may only be returned if they have not been previously inflated, and they must be returned within 12 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be clean and in their original packaging.
- We will not except returns of helmets for safety reasons.
To begin the return process simply email us at jessie@bakerssaddlery.com or give us a call at 1-800-550-0163 or 905 887 9441. Once we have received notification of your return, we will request that you ship the item back to us in its original condition then we will process your refund.
ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items purchased online are refunded minus the original cost of shipping even if the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of items back to store. Any duties incurred for not properly marking your item/items as a return on your customs paperwork will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
In the event of an exchange for an online order Baker's Saddlery will cover shipping of the new item back to you however you will need to cover the shipping of the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When can I expect my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
