Shipping policy

We are currently offering free shipping CANADA-WIDE on orders over $200 before tax. Whips, saddles, consignment items, and certain sale items do not apply. Any duties incurred are the buyers responsibility. Please contact the store should you have any questions.

Our primary shipping services are Canada Post we can send items by UPS or Purolator if requested.

Here at Baker's Harness and Saddlery we charge shipping rates based on order weights. We do ship to the United States and Internationally, please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders can be expected between 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date, customers will be notified by email when order has been shipped.

For custom and special orders please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Backorders:

Occasionally items ordered will have been placed on backorder, you will be notified by email if this is the case as soon as possible. Items on backorder will not be billed to you until they are shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be shipped. Any tariffs occcured on special order items are the buyers responsibility.
